Job Summary
As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative – Delinquency Control and Financial Counseling, you'll be responsible for controlling and collecting on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency. You'll work closely with clients to provide personalized financial counseling, mitigate loss, and ensure compliance with all government rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities
* Control and collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency, in accordance with all government rules and regulations
- Provide personalized financial counseling to clients, helping them navigate financial challenges and achieve financial stability
- Mitigate loss by identifying and addressing potential issues early on
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of client issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in delinquency control and financial counseling
Additional Skills and Qualifications
* Call center production environment experience, with proficiency in using auto-dialers and navigating multiple systems
- Early stage collections experience (1-30 days late), with the ability to handle 80-120+ calls per day
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Retail or Sales, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in using Excel, Office Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with aggressive goals and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively
Schedule and Location
* Must be available to work Monday-Saturday from 10:00am-7:30pm
- Hybrid schedule after training, with the opportunity to work from home or in our Pensacola, FL office
- Location: Pensacola, FL (with the option to work remotely after training)
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00-$18.95/hour
