The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems from a variety of sources, including paper documents, digital documents, and other written materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Use a keyboard, optical scanner, or data recorder to input data accurately and efficiently
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure that data entry needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with changes in data entry software and procedures
• Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry tasks

Essential Qualifications:

* Proficient typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other software packages
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Organization abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
