Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using your creativity to find innovative solutions.
  • Connecting with customers: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Resolving issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Escalating interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Responding to requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information.
  • Tracking call-related information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is equipped to make data-driven decisions.
  • Providing feedback: Provide feedback on call issues, helping our team to improve our processes and deliver even better service.
  • Upselling: Upsell when required, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with the best possible solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Pass the skills assessment: Successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview) to demonstrate your skills and experience.
  • Meet the age requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Type 25 wpm: Have the ability to type 25 words per minute.
  • High School Graduate or GED: Hold a High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Desktop computer system skills: Possess strong desktop computer system skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Proven communication skills: Demonstrate proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Logical problem-solving skills: Possess logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find effective solutions.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills: Demonstrate strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Call center experience: Have at least 1 year of Call center inbound call work experience.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software: Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as customer service platforms or helpdesk tools.
  • Fluency in multiple languages: Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
  • Certifications in customer service: Certifications in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
