Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing fast, friendly service to our customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Learning about our products and services using our tools and resources
- Selling entire projects to meet customer needs, including recommending and closing sales
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
- Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
- Working in cooperation with Department Supervisors and other associates in their department and other departments
- Participating in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge

Our Customer Service/Sales Representatives work in a variety of store departments, including:
- Building Materials

Position Types
Our Customer Service/Sales Representatives may work in one of the following position types:
- Department Sales

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail or construction-related environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
