Overview
As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you'll work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to drive customer satisfaction, improve friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently. Your leadership skills, friendly demeanor, and passion for retail will inspire and motivate associates to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a customer-first focus remains top of mind.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by Example: Model arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering a consistently great experience to all customers, maintaining a customer-first approach, and driving improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Store: Ensure the front-end area is neat and orderly, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate Scheduling and Breaks: Coordinate meal and break periods, monitor schedule adherence, and ensure seamless store operations.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment: Inspire and motivate associates to provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
* Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, associates, and management in a professional and efficient manner.
