Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our team at our Elk Grove Village headquarters. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, including paper, image, phone, and email. You'll also be responsible for answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Entering data from various sources (paper, image, phone, and/or email) with accuracy and speed

• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
• Tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and results
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and speed
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required
• Transportation industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
