As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

• Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Request Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
• Upselling: Upsell if required.

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred.
• Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
• Call Center Experience: Proven call center experience is essential.
• Typing Speed: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• PC Operation: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
• Network Troubleshooting: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are required.
• Home Wi-Fi Setup: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
• Router/switch Configuration: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
• Computer Proficiency: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
• Independence: Able to work independently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
• Composure: Ability to stay composed and objective.
• Listening Skills: Strong listening skills.
• Virtual Team Environment: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
