Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales support calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely after 90 days on site with good attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales support calls to assist in sales support for our clients
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust with customer accounts
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school Diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in the home services industry
  • Knowledge of sales support and customer service principles
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
