Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for managing and responding to customer tickets, processing invoices, and coordinating with our art and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. If you're a hat enthusiast with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer care, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and respond to customer tickets using Gorgias, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Assist customers with order updates, inquiries, and general product guidance, including basic knowledge of hats and embroidery/deco techniques.
  • Process and send invoices via Shopify, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Keep the team informed about order changes for production via Redbooth, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with the art and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, including tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide empathetic and solution-driven support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Utilize Slack for internal team communication, staying connected with colleagues and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with Shopify for invoicing and order updates, with a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and payment processing.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to turn frustrated customers into happy ones through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • A hat enthusiast (preferred!) who understands the passion behind custom headwear and can share their knowledge with customers.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mirror empathy in responses and build strong relationships with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and collaboration platforms.

  • Familiarity with Redbooth or similar project management tools, with a solid understanding of workflow management and team collaboration.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Gorgias, with experience in processing invoices and managing customer orders.
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
