Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience for our customers. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
