Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating team. As a key member of our GSIO team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and forecasting. Your expertise in SQL, data visualization, and business process improvement will help us scale our operations and achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of forecasting models and processes for assigned business lines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop insights to inform business decisions - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business stakeholders - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies and plans - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and external partners
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science - At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and forecasting - Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization, and business process improvement - Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Sigma and Tableau - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or computer science - Experience working in the food delivery or logistics industry - Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Snowflake and Power BI - Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence tools, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch - Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban - Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS and Azure
