Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our data science initiatives. This will involve:

• Identifying and extracting relevant data sources to inform business decisions
• Developing and deploying machine learning models to drive business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Mentoring junior data scientists and implementing best practices across the team
• Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and driving business decisions

Key Responsibilities:

Data Source Identification:

Identify and extract relevant data sources to inform business decisions

Problem Formulation:

Analyze business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth

Analytical Modeling:

Develop and deploy machine learning models to drive business growth

Model Deployment & Scaling:

Work with MLOps to push ML models to production and continuously log and track model performance

Code Development & Testing:

Write code to develop and deploy data-driven solutions and test for quality and accuracy

Applied Business Acumen:

Evaluate business cases for initiatives and influence stakeholder decision-making

Model Assessment & Validation:

Identify and evaluate model assessment metrics and apply appropriate strategies for model testing and tuning

Data Visualization and Storytelling:

Develop compelling stories and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field
• Deep knowledge and experience with machine learning, statistics, and data science
• Strong programming skills in Python or R
• Ability to execute projects end-to-end, including junior team members
• Implement best practices in ML Ops, coding standards, and data quality
• Clearly communicate with business, product, and application partners
• Ability to translate complex algorithm evaluations into easy-to-understand language
