Job Summary

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. You will help people find the information they need and process their orders successfully. Most of the work will be done on the Squarespace platform, but there will also be opportunities to chat using social media.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers

  • Answer customer questions and resolve simple problems in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently and follow instructions from our team
  • Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback
