Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a cross-functional team that drives innovation and excellence in healthcare and insurance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing models, creating devices, and calculations to improve processes related to HCB's case environment.
• Identifying and measuring opportunities for research to enhance efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and modification.
• Creating, approving, and executing calculations and predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions.
• Investigating, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data in various formats.
• Performing investigations of structured and unstructured data to tackle complex business issues.
• Utilizing advanced statistical procedures and numerical analysis.
• Creating data pipelines to integrate, gather, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs.
• Utilizing data visualization methods to communicate logical outcomes and support business decisions effectively.
• Identifying and assessing the data needs of assigned projects and ensuring the integrity of the data.
• Investigating existing data and suggesting additional sources of data for enhancements.

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of significant scientific experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry

• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
