Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers to resolve inquiries with excellence

• Working consistently to meet schedule requirements, including night shifts ranging from 6pm - 12am after training
• Multi-tasking while receiving inbound calls, juggling multiple conversations with ease

• Solving problems creatively, thinking on your feet to resolve customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong background in call center operations
• 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
• The ability to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• A USB headset, with a computer that meets the following requirements:

+ Processor: 2 Ghz or faster, i5 minimum + 8GB of RAM minimum, but 16GB preferred + Windows 10 (64Bit) or newer with current OS patches (last 15 days); or Windows 10 32bit

• The ability to pass pre-employment testing, with a background verification completed prior to training
