Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Advocate with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy, ensuring all needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly, aiming to deliver exceptional experiences with each interaction.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication, both orally and in writing, to cultivate a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Advocate with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A strong dedication to customer service excellence and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Independent work ethic, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Comfort with using technology and navigating various software platforms, including CRM systems and customer service tools.

Preferred Qualifications
