Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in optimizing our customer service operations. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving data-driven insights that inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in analytics, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive business outcomes, and make a lasting impact on our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve customer service operations

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize customer service processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Statistics, or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on business analytics, data science, or operations research
• Proven experience in leading teams, driving business outcomes, and communicating complex insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and results to diverse audiences
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (desired)
