Job Summary

As a Part Administration Proficient (MSP) in our Centurion Parlor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Card Members, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand values and ensuring that our Card Members feel valued and appreciated. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome Card Members upon arrival, providing them with access to our exclusive services and amenities.
• Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
• Think creatively to resolve issues and concerns, turning Card Members into loyal advocates for our brand.
• Utilize the Client First mindset to address Card Members' needs and expectations, providing them with tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Offer travel and lifestyle suggestions, as well as assistance with reservations and bookings.
• Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members, providing them with exceptional dining and entertainment experiences.

### Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry.
