Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex: You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel to our government and corporate clients, and helping them navigate the complexities of air travel.
  • Preparing itineraries and computing fares: You'll be responsible for preparing itineraries and computing fares for our customers, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Issuing refunds and preparing and issuing tickets: You'll be responsible for issuing refunds and preparing and issuing tickets for our customers, and ensuring that all travel documents are accurate and complete.
  • Answering inquiries and resolving customer problems: You'll be responsible for answering inquiries and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, and providing exceptional customer service to our government and corporate clients.
  • Communicating with customers over the phone: You'll be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, and advising of cancelled or delayed flights.
  • Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures: You'll be responsible for communicating new rules, policies, and procedures to our customers, and ensuring that they are aware of any changes that may affect their travel plans.

What You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training: You'll need a degree in a field such as business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills: You'll need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE: You'll need to have knowledge of Native SABRE, and be able to use it to prepare itineraries, compute fares, and issue refunds and tickets.
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution: You'll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to problems, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
