Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity issues, and managing customer accounts.
- Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve account and internet-related problems.
- Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, utilizing various tools and resources to ensure effective resolution.
- Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain accurate records.
- Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM, as well as utilizing networking tools for support and troubleshooting.
- Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
- Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, identify areas for growth, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and networking tools.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of internet protocols, network architecture, and device troubleshooting.
