If you're a confident and empathetic communicator with a knack for keeping conversations flowing, we want to hear from you! ### Key Responsibilities #### Audience Engagement

• Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for an engaging and inclusive experience.
• Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
• Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community.

#### Live Session Moderation

• Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our audience.
• Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, providing a safe and supportive space for meaningful dialogue.
• Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
