Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and supporting complex data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
• Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data-driven products
• Preprocessing structured and unstructured data to prepare it for analysis and visualization
• Developing and maintaining data warehouses in the cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
• Staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and experimenting with new technologies to drive innovation and improvement
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including engineering, product, and business teams

Essential Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong background in designing, developing, and supporting complex software solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational, dimensional, and graph data modeling
• Good understanding of dimensional/multidimensional data modeling and experience with graph, transactional, and operational data modeling
• Familiarity with all stages of the product development cycle, including defect tracking, design reviews, and testing
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision
• A pragmatic, product-oriented approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take calculated risks

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be a plus:

• Experience with data science and machine learning, with a keen interest in learning and applying these skills to drive business value
• Research mindset, with the ability to structure projects from idea to experimentation to prototype to implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience with version control systems like Git

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
