Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, and working with internal departments to meet customer needs. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Data entry in various platforms, including but not limited to, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, and ensuring data integrity and security
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences and business outcomes

Qualifications / Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with personal computers and typing capability, with a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
  • Data entry and strong business abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective listening and analytical abilities, with the capability to summarize details and provide solutions
  • Professional and positive attitude with a high level of self-motivation and the capacity to function independently
  • Excellent time management and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer, internet connection, and a home office set-up that meets arenaflex's technical requirements
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on your work
  • A reliable and secure internet connection, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps
  • A headset or earbuds with a microphone, and a webcam (if required for video conferencing)
