Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our retail locations, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll work closely with our customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and making recommendations to help them get the most out of our services. Your expertise will be the key to unlocking a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, and we're looking for someone who's up for the challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their needs
• Working through problem-solving scenarios, thinking creatively to resolve complex issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing

Physical Demands and Requirements

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
