As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various issues, from billing and account access to plan modifications and cancellations. Responsibilities:

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
• Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Providing accurate and clear information to customers, ensuring a positive support experience
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new features and updates
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries

• Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Experience working in a remote team environment

• The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important
