Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote opportunity based in Puerto Rico, where you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Qualifications

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team. While experience is not necessary, data entry experience is a plus. Here are the qualifications we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40-50 plus WPM

  • Experience working with legal documents and processes
  • Basic knowledge of data entry software and systems
