Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing 24/7/365 customer support for our clients. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer records
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote agent environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, distraction-free workspace required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role for a transportation or logistics company

  • Familiarity with Access-a-Ride transportation program or similar services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping, including accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
