. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility while maintaining essential on-site presence for inspections and training. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs and protocols across all operational sites. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, developing corrective action plans, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Your duties will involve overseeing the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, developing and delivering safety training to staff, investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence, and maintaining accurate safety records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial hygiene, environmental health, and safety management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to effectively train and influence employees at all levels.
