Enterprise Business Development Executive – Financial Services / Fintech
CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH | Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive | Remote I’m currently partnering with a PE-backed fintech platform company seeking a highly consultative enterprise sales hunter to help accelerate growth across the banking and lending ecosystem. This is not a transactional sales role. The organization is looking for someone with established relationships and credibility across areas such as:
- Regional Banks
- Community Banks
- Consumer Lending
- Credit / Risk Infrastructure
- Payments & Embedded Finance
- Fintech SaaS Platforms
Ideal candidates will have experience selling complex fintech, payments, lending, risk, or financial infrastructure solutions into financial institutions and enterprise clients. This role is heavily focused on:
- Net-new enterprise business development
- Building pipeline and opening doors
- Executive-level consultative selling
- Navigating complex fintech/banking workflows
- Working closely with implementation and delivery teams post-sale
The environment is best suited for someone who enjoys building, creating momentum, and operating inside a growth-oriented PE-backed company where sales leadership is actively investing in expanding commercial capability. Fully remote. Strong preference for candidates with existing banking/fintech networks and experience operating in longer enterprise sales cycles.
