Position Overview We are hiring remote proprietary traders to trade equities and options from anywhere using firm capital. You will develop and execute your own trading strategies while working from your own location with full access to professional platforms, coaching, and a community of experienced traders. Location: Los Angeles, CA Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Trade single-leg and multi-leg options strategies across liquid U.S. underlyings
• Combine technical, fundamental, and volatility-based signals to time entries and exits
• Manage risk through position sizing, stop-loss discipline, and exposure limits
• React to earnings, macro events, and volatility regime shifts with appropriate strategy choices
• Maintain professional records of trading activity for personal review and risk oversight
• Tap into the firm's community of options traders for collaboration when useful

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consistent trading activity in options, equities, forex, or crypto
• Understanding of risk-reward, position sizing, and probability-based thinking
• Composure and emotional discipline during drawdowns and volatile sessions
• Commitment to continuous learning and structured trade reviews
• Personal workstation and reliable connectivity to support active trading hours
• Any quantitative, scripting, or backtesting experience is a meaningful plus

Position Details

• 1099 independent contractor engagement with no salary cap and no hours requirement
• Profit splits begin at 65% and can scale to 90% as you progress through firm tiers
• Initial buying-power allocation up to $50,000, with documented scaling to $500,000+
• Trade from anywhere — we are a fully distributed firm with no commute requirement
• Allocation reviews occur on a recurring cadence, typically every two months
• Promotion criteria and tier mechanics will be walked through during interviews
