Instructional Designer / Course Strategist for Webinar
We are a legal education brand for solo beauty professionals. We need someone to take our existing content briefs and turn them into a structured lesson plan and production-ready package. Everything you need is provided: a detailed legal research memo, a content brief for a 20-minute webinar, a companion e-book outline, and a self-assessment worksheet outline. We believe our briefs are in decent shape but welcome a second set of eyes, if you see a better way to structure or sequence anything, we want to hear it. Your job is to shape this material into a learning experience that lands with a non-lawyer audience who is busy, a little intimidated by legal topics, and highly motivated to protect their business. Deliverables: Slide outline with design instructions: slide-by-slide content, layout guidance, and visual treatment notes ready to hand to a graphic designer Presenter companion notes: talking points, transitions, and timing cues for each slide Self-assessment quiz: questions, answer options, conditional logic, scoring guide, and waitlist CTA copy ready to hand to a form designer To apply, please propose a flat fee.
