Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide them with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, providing them with accurate information about our products and services.

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary, and provide them with clear and concise information about our products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support, staying up-to-date on our latest products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience, sharing best practices and ideas for enhancing our customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service, putting the needs of our customers first.
  • Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.

Experience:

* 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

  • Previous experience in a live chat or customer service role is an asset, but not necessary.
