Job Summary
The Experienced Customer Service Analyst is a key part of our commercial activities in the USA, serving as the voice of the customer inside arenaflex. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for handling daily activities to ensure the USA customers' contracts execution, with a constant interface between customers, traders, operations in South America, planning, logistics, and finance department.
Responsibilities and Challenges
* Handle daily activities to ensure the USA customers' contracts execution, with a constant interface between: + Customers + Traders + Operations in South America + Planning + Logistics + Finance department
- Back office activities related to the sales and logistics process, including:
+ Billing + Planning + Organizing logistics operations + Tracking + Cash collection + Administrative tasks + Documentation handling + Controls/reports + Ad-hoc analysis and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, traders, and other stakeholders
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements and recommend changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or other CRM systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Experience working in a global or international environment
- Knowledge of international business practices and regulations
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
