Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages from our customers. You will work closely with our team to provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, identify and report system errors or anomalies, and operate within multiple software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from our customers
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies to our technical team
- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour to ensure high levels of customer engagement
- Maintain ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10% to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Operate within multiple software platforms to ensure seamless communication with our customers
Education & Skills Required
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
- High-speed internet access to ensure reliable and fast communication with our customers
- High school diploma or GED
Work Schedule
Our team works a variety of shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. The schedule for this role is as follows:
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Friday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Saturday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Sunday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other customer engagement tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and patterns
