Job Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator - Customer Service, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound sales calls, maintaining inventory levels, and interacting with customers to resolve their concerns and issues. This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering results.

Essential Functions

* Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive a great experience, with concerns, issues, and disputes resolved to their expectations.

  • Sales and Inventory Management: Handle rental sales and inventory levels, coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands.
  • Workflow Management: Enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning, generating purchase/repair orders and maintaining files.
  • Parts Management: Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies' policies.

Additional Responsibilities

* Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

* Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to resolve issues and provide information.

Qualifications

* H.S. Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: One (1) year or more of experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

  • Pay Type: Hourly
  • Minimum Pay Range: $19.50
  • Maximum Pay Range: $19.50
