Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Retention (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our existing and prospective customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment

• Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections

• Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
