The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Sales and Retention Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat. You will work in our center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week, utilizing a range of tools and systems to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the competitive demands of the market.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with telephone and virtual customer interactions, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries

  • Work in the center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly, utilizing various tools and systems for customer service
  • Drive tools and technology to enable first call resolution, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Engage with third-party vendors and suppliers to address service faults and provide customer resolution
  • Identify, track, and render issues to assist in root cause eliminations, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service, providing expert support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues related to voice and data across multiple networks, considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing
  • Maintain proficiency in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience

Requirements

* At least one year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Call center experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute

* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances

  • Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed
