Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to join our CD&I team in one of our locations: St Louis, MO; Tukwila WA, Jacksonville, FL; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridely Park, PA. As a key member of our team, you'll design, develop, and deliver technical learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers, including the Navy, Air Force, and Army. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing technical learning solutions that meet customer and stakeholder objectives
• Researching and analyzing learning objectives and customer needs
• Designing and providing recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies
• Completing design review process with stakeholders
• Supporting development of training content to meet training objectives
• Evaluating technical training effectiveness and customer feedback
• Supporting developing and accessing new instructional strategies, methods, technologies, and tools related to instructional design, development, and delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Experience with Instructional System Design Methodologies, Learning Data, and Learning Management Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning analytics
• Familiarity with learning management systems, such as LMS or LCMS
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

• A base salary range of $66,300 - $89,700 (Associate) or $75,650 - $118,450 (Mid-Level)
