Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of customer service, sales, and leadership skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers
- Leading shifts on a regular basis to gain entry-level management experience and develop your leadership skills
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to meet our high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong sales and product knowledge, with the ability to make purchase suggestions and drive sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
- Leadership skills, with the ability to lead shifts and develop your team members
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
