Role Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating daily customer-facing operations, processing client requests, and communicating client data through various channels. Your primary focus will be on resolving sample-related issues and assisting in the delivery of accurate data to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily customer-facing operations to ensure that resources are effectively scheduled to deliver on customer commitments in a way that is compliant with established systems.
- Process client requests and communicate client data by email, mail, or fax.
- Support Sample log-in and reporting functions, keeping open communication with laboratory leadership and technical staff.
- Document and escalate client feedback when appropriate to laboratory leadership.
- Communicate new growth opportunities to local leadership.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide support for client requests with sample tracking for subcontract orders and sample supplies.
- Initiate procedures and practices to maintain accuracy and efficiency for office tasks. Assist and answer questions of other personnel.
- Organize and maintain records of samples per established procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist with the operations of the organization.
Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Knowledge of laboratory operations and sample management.
- Familiarity with data management systems and software.
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative).
