As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining clear communication between clients and attorneys. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a solid understanding of customer service principles in a legal setting. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and are fluent in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for attorneys.
- Assist in managing the firm's calendar and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in our database.
- Handle client complaints with sensitivity, resolving issues effectively or escalating them when necessary.
- Liaise between clients and attorneys to ensure smooth communication and quick response to client needs.
- Uphold the confidentiality and professionalism required in a law firm environment.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to enhance client services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize your bilingual skills in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
Qualifications:
