The Role

As a Call Center Representative/Dispatcher for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in converting in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Convert in-bound and out-bound calls into service appointments to ensure customer capture

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Valid driver's license

• Drug screening and background check
• US work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year of dispatching experience preferred
• Ability to relocate to San Angelo, TX 76903 before starting work
