Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
