Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommend items for sale, and process customer transactions accurately.
  • Asset Protection: Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws.
  • Visual Merchandising: Construct and maintain displays, complete resets and revisions, and ensure a clean and well-merchandised store environment.
  • Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Web Pick-up: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Training & Development: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Knowledge of Store Systems: Familiarity with store systems, including cash registers, inventory management, and visual merchandising software.
  • Photography Experience: Previous experience with photography equipment, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
