Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to existing insurance customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Helping customers understand the value of insurance and cultivating long-term relationships through trusted advice and guidance
• Serving the local community by educating them on how to prepare for life's uncertainties and protecting their families and assets
• Educating customers on various insurance products and services, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their options
• Delivering a positive customer experience through proactive communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• No prior insurance experience is required, but it's a plus
• A willingness to obtain the necessary Property & Casualty License
• A confident, motivated, and customer-focused individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with using computers and multiple applications, with the ability to multitask, follow through, and follow up on customer inquiries
• A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll have opportunities to earn bonuses for exceptional performance.

Schedule and Work Location

This is a full-time position, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. The work location is in-person, with opportunities for remote work and flexible scheduling.
