As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with other employees to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Purpose and Responsibilities
As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our team during closing shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently. Your duties will include:
- Serving guests by making FroYo creations and checking them out at the register
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, including the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen
- Ensuring that closing lists are completed correctly by all staff members
- Providing guidance and training to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Providing progress updates to the Store Manager regarding team performance
- Ensuring that team members comply with company policy and procedures
- Implementing and utilizing Employee Improvement Plans to help employees grow and develop
- Supervising staff throughout the shift to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- Supervisory or managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results
- Availability to work closing shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation with a current driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Be at least 18 years old and/or have a high school diploma
- Availability to work at least 3-5 shifts a week, including opening and mid-shifts as needed
- Ability to help cover shifts as needed
