Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Program & Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our Automotive Processors business by working closely with local sales teams to service customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product Management: You'll be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our Automotive Processors production devices, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Customer Project Management: You'll drive successful customer projects on global OEM and tier 1 vehicle architecture products/programs through technical support and coordination of internal resources to address the needs of the customer.
  • Technical Support: You'll provide technical support to customers to help them use our products to achieve their system level goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You'll develop strong customer relationships and drive interactions with regular review and on-site visits.
  • Issue Resolution: You'll drive resolution of customer issues ensuring that corrective actions are defined and rolled out.
  • Portfolio Management: You'll support portfolio management for key customer escalations working closely with our quality team to drive resolutions.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong technical background and experience in customer interaction. Your profile should include:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Control, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with strong industry experience.
  • Experience: In-depth experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or semiconductor technology.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of embedded processors and automotive software.
  • Skills: Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills, as well as a collaborative, team-player attitude with the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships across the company.
