Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Requirements: Ensure that you have a reliable internet connection, a personal computer with Windows 10/11, and at least 8 GB of memory.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 Year of Call Center Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Active Listening Skills: Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
