Responsibilities

As an Experienced Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to patients, clients, and the laboratory team by supporting call center agents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members assigned to support roles, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere that encourages growth and development.
  • Working in a call center environment, ensuring the efficient handling of inquiries and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Championing safety, compliance, and quality control in all operations, upholding the highest standards in all interactions and processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's clinical laboratory solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a call center or in the laboratory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
  • Top-notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, the following qualifications and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant training.
  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
  • Data entry experience in a production environment.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies.
