Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work closely with our team to achieve individual and store sales goals, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to enhance your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a focus on finding a satisfactory resolution
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
